TURKEY VISA REQUIREMENTS
Tourist / Business / Conference / Seminar Visa

📸 Photo Requirements:

• Two (2) recent photographs (not older than 6 months)

  • Size: 2 x 2 inches (5 x 5 cm), square with white background

  • Must not be stapled, glued, damaged, or folded

🛂 Passport Requirements:

• Original passport valid for at least 7 months from intended date of departure

• Photocopy of old passport with previous visas (if available, for supporting documents)

📄 Financial Documents:

• Individual’s latest Income Tax Return (ITR) (for employed or business owners)

• Original bank certificate and bank statement (latest 8 months, addressed to the Embassy)

  • Must be original, with wet-ink signature/stamp

  • Statements must come from the month of visa application

🧑 Employment or Business Documents:

If Employed:

• Original and Certified True Copy of Certificate of Employment (with applicant’s position, tenure, and monthly/annual salary)

  • No e-signatures allowed

  • Signed and sealed COE if applying internationally

If Retired:

• Retirement Certificate

If Self-Employed / Business Owner:

• Business registration documents:

  • Latest ITR, BIR, SEC, and Mayor's Permit

🤝 If Sponsored:

By Company:

• Bank certificate and 8-month bank statement of sponsoring company

• Business registration docs (ITR/BIR/SEC/Mayor's Permit)

• Notarized Affidavit of Support from company President/HR Manager

• Guarantee letter from the employer in the Philippines

By Other Sponsors:

• Original notarized Affidavit of Support

• Bank documents and credentials of the sponsor

📨 If Invited:

By an Institution/Company in Turkey:

• Original Invitation Letter addressed to the Turkish Embassy

By a Turkish National:

• Notarized invitation letter from Turkey

• Affidavit of Support

• Copy of Turkish ID and other supporting documents

• Bank statement (photocopy or scanned copy)

✈️ Travel Documents:

• Flight reservation only (no ticket purchase required unless visa is approved)

• Copy of detailed itinerary

👶 For Applicants Under 18:

• Original notarized Affidavit of Support and Consent to Travel from both parents

• School ID, registration, and proof of enrollment

💵 Visa Fee:

• Paid in USD (clean, unmarked, untorn bills only)

  • No stamps, writing, staple holes, tears, or folds allowed
