KOREA VISA REQUIREMENTS
For Tourist, Business, or Sponsored Applications

📸 Photo & Passport:

• Two (2) good quality passport-sized photos (face must be thumb-sized)

• Signed passport (original)

• Photocopy of passport bio page

• Photocopy of visa stamps from the last 5 years (if any)

📄 Application Requirements:

• Visa application form printed on A4 size paper

  • Must be typewritten only

  • No erasures or correction tape

  • Use black ink only for signing

• Letter of Authorization

💼 Employment / Business Documents:

If Employed:

• Original Certificate of Employment (COE)

  • Must indicate start date and compensation

• Form 2316 or full-year ITR (clear copy)

• Original bank certificate with Average Daily Balance (ADB) for 3 months

• Latest 6-month bank statement

If Self-Employed / Business Owner:

• DTI Permit

• Mayor’s/Business Permit

• Certificate of Registration

• Form 1701 (signed copy)

• If SEC-registered: Include General Information Sheet (GIS)

  • Scan and print all on A4 size paper

👨🎓 For Students or Fresh Graduates:

• Original Certificate of Enrollment

• Photocopy of school ID (front and back)

• Clear scanned copy of diploma

💍 Civil Documents:

• Original PSA Birth Certificate (clear copy)

• Original PSA Marriage Certificate (if married)

📝 Additional Notes:

• If no ITR: Submit an Explanation Letter addressed to the Korean Consul

• If ITR is incomplete: Submit an Explanation Letter addressed to the Korean Consul

🤝 If Sponsored or Guaranteed:

• Letter of Guarantee (typewritten only)
