CHINA VISA REQUIREMENTS
For Tourist, Business, and Invited Applications

🔗 Step 1: Fill Out Online Visa Application Form

Submit your application at:

📄 General Requirements:

• Original passport (must be valid)

• 2 pcs. China visa size photos with white background, wearing a colored shirt with collar

• Photocopy of passport bio page

• Photocopy of old China visa (if applicable)

• Bank certificate with official receipt

• Bank statement (last 6 months) with receipt

• Complete and signed Income Tax Return (ITR)

• Original PSA Birth Certificate & Marriage Certificate

• Day-to-day itinerary in China

• Confirmed flight itinerary (must include names of all applicants)

• Confirmed hotel booking (must include names of all applicants)

• E-Travel Arrival Record in the Philippines

👤 Based on Applicant Type:

If Employed:

• Original, signed Certificate of Employment

If Business Owner:

• DTI Certificate

• Mayor’s/Business Permit

• Company ITR

If Corporation Owner:

• SEC Registration

• Company ITR

• General Information Sheet (GIS)

• Mayor’s/Business Permit

If Retired:

• Photocopy of Senior Citizen ID (front & back)

If Student:

• Original Certificate of Enrollment

✉️ If Invited in China:

• Formal Invitation Letter (must include: full name, birthday, passport number, date in/out, specific purpose of stay, and official company/organization stamp)

👥 If with Guarantor:

• Notarized Affidavit of Support (must include: full name, birthday, passport number, date in/out, specific purpose of stay, and company signature/stamp)

🔄 For Re-Application:

• Complete the online application again via COVA Website

• Re-submit:

  • Day-to-day itinerary

  • Confirmed flight & hotel booking

  • Current and old passport with previous China visa

  • E-Travel Arrival Record in the Philippines

📌 NOTE:

• All supporting documents must be issued within 1 month of submission.

• Submit complete requirements at least 1 month before intended departure.
