🔍 GENERAL REMINDERS

• Personal appearance required for biometrics (by appointment)

• Submit complete requirements at least 1½ months before intended departure

• No passport borrowing allowed

• No travel during visa processing period

• Processing time: Minimum of 15 working days from filing/appearance

• Embassy may require additional documents if necessary

📄 Basic Requirements

• Duly accomplished visa application form

• 1 recent passport-size photo (white background)

• Original valid passport (valid for at least 6 months from departure)

• Old passport with previous visa (if available)

• PSA Birth Certificate

• If traveling with spouse: PSA Marriage Certificate

👤 If Employed

• Original Certificate of Employment

• Photocopy of company ID (bring original on appearance)

• Latest Income Tax Return (photocopy)

👔 If Self-Employed / Business Owner

• Photocopy of:

  • DTI / SEC Registration

  • Mayor’s / Business Permit

• Latest Income Tax Return (photocopy)

🩺 If a Doctor or Licensed Professional

• Hospital certificate

• Photocopy of PRC ID

• Bring original PRC ID upon appearance

💰 Proof of Financial Capacity

• Original bank certificate

• Bank statements for the last 6 months

✈️ Travel Itinerary

• Roundtrip flight booking certificate

• If attending a conference/meeting:

  • Event registration with daily schedule

• If invited:

  • Official invitation letter

🤝 If Sponsored

• Sponsorship letter from sponsoring company

• Photocopy of:

  • Business permit

  • Latest ITR

• Sponsor’s original bank certificate and 6-month bank statements

👶 For Children / Minors

• Submit parent’s full documents (same as above)

• Affidavit of Support

• If studying:

  • School enrollment certificate

  • Photocopy of school ID

• PSA Birth Certificate of the child

• If traveling alone or with another person:

  • DSWD Travel Clearance
