Sightseeing Tours:

• Cancel 2 days before departure – 50% of the total tour cost will be charged

• Cancel within 24 hours of departure – 100% of the total tour cost will be charged

Tailor-Made Tours:

• Cancel 14 days before departure – 30% of the tour cost

• Cancel 7 days before departure – 50% of the tour cost

• Cancel 3 days or fewer before departure – 100% of the tour cost (or deposit, whichever is higher)

All cancellations must be made in writing by the person who booked the tour. Custom tours may be subject to alternative terms communicated upon booking.
