PYB Travel and Tours Group Booking Terms and Conditions

1. Deposit and Payment
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- Full payment is due at least 45 days prior to departure. A penalty of 2,000 PHP per passenger will apply for late payments.

2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations are not allowed unless made more than 60 days prior to departure. In such cases, the deposit will be forfeited.

3. Rescheduling
- Rescheduling is not allowed.

4. Name Changes
- Name changes are allowed with written notice at least 2 months prior to departure.

5. Visa Rejections
- We are not responsible for visa rejections, as we are not the embassy.

6. Airline Tickets
- Airline tickets will be issued 48-72 hours prior to departure, as per airline policy for group bookings.

7. Additional Luggage
- Requests for additional luggage must be made at least 1 week prior to departure. We cannot guarantee accommodation for requests made less than 7 days prior to departure.
