PYB Travel and Tours Terms and Conditions

1.Introduction These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the PYB Travel and Tours website ("Website") and the services provided by PYB Travel and Tours ("PYB"). By using the Website and/or booking a tour or travel package with PYB, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms. 

2. Booking and Payment 2.1. To book a tour or travel package with PYB, the Client must submit a completed booking form and pay the required deposit. 2.2. The Client must pay the full balance of the tour or travel package at least 30 days prior to departure. 2.3. PYB accepts payment by credit card, bank transfer, or cash. 2.4. The Client is responsible for any bank fees or charges incurred during the payment process.

3. Cancellation Policy 3.1. The Client may cancel their booking at any time prior to departure, but will be subject to the following cancellation fees:

• Deposit: Non-refundable
• Full Payment: If cancellation is made less than 1 week prior to departure, the full payment will be charged
• Airfare: Non-refundable

3.2. The Client must notify PYB in writing of their intention to cancel their booking. 3.3. PYB will not be responsible for any losses or expenses incurred by the Client as a result of cancellation.

4. Rebooking Policy 4.1. Rebooking is allowed subject to the following conditions:

• Airfare: Rebooking is allowed subject to airline's policy and fees (if airline's policy is rebookable)
• Hotel: Rebooking is subject to hotel policy. If the hotel allows rebooking, we will try our best to rebook. However, if the hotel does not allow rebooking, it will not be possible.
• Transfers and Tours: Rebooking is allowed if we have at least 1 month's notice. For less than 1 month's notice, rebooking is still possible but subject to penalties.

4.2. The Client must notify PYB in writing of their intention to rebook their tour or travel package. 4.3. PYB will not be responsible for any losses or expenses incurred by the Client as a result of rebooking.

5. Liability and Responsibility 5.1. PYB is not responsible for any losses or expenses incurred by the Client as a result of:

• Cancellation or rebooking of their tour or travel package
• Changes to the itinerary or schedule
• Delays or cancellations of flights or transportation
• Natural disasters or unforeseen events
• Acts of terrorism or war

5.2. The Client is responsible for their own safety and well-being during the tour or travel package. 5.3. The Client must comply with all laws and regulations of the countries visited during the tour or travel package.

6. Insurance 6.1. PYB strongly recommends that the Client purchase travel insurance to cover unexpected medical or travel-related expenses. 6.2. The Client is responsible for purchasing their own travel insurance.

7. Governing Law 7.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. 7.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center.

8. Changes to Terms 8.1. PYB reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. 8.2. The Client agrees to be bound by any changes to these Terms.

9. Acceptance By using the Website and/or booking a tour or travel package with PYB, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT I, the Client, acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. I understand that PYB Travel and Tours will not be responsible for any losses or expenses incurred by me as a result of cancellation, rebooking, or changes to the itinerary or schedule.
