1. Application Form
2. 1 pc. Passport size colored picture
3. Current Passport and Old Passport showing previous travel
4. Copy of Passport First Page
5. Original & Copy of U.S., New Zealand, Japan, Australia, Korea and Canada Visa (if there is)
6. Employment Certificate – must include applicant’s position, date hired, compensation, address, office landline number, e-mail address.
7. Bank Certificate – must include account type, current balance, account opening date, 6 months average balance
8. Bank Statement – original or certified true copy of bank statements/passbook for the last 3 months
9. ITR (Income Tax Return) – with personal tin number and ALPHA LIST

If personally invited by Korean:

            Invitation Letter & Copy of Invitor’s Passport

If invited by Company in korea:

            Invitation & Copy of Korean Company Business Permit

Visa Requirements for Businessmen

Application Form

1. 1 pc. Passport size colored picture
2. Current Passport and Old Passport showing previous travel
3. Copy of Passport First Page
4. Original & Copy of U.S., New Zealand, Japan, Australia, Korea and Canada Visa (if there is)
5. Business Registration from SEC or DTI (Copy)
6. Business Permit or Mayor’s Permit (Copy)
7. Bank Certificate – must include account type, current balance, account opening date, 6 months average balance
8. Bank Statement – original or certified true copy of bank statements/passbook for the last 3 months
9. ITR (Income Tax Return) – with personal tin number

If personally invited by Korean:

            Invitation Letter & Copy of Invitor’s Passport

If invited by Company in korea:

            Invitation & Copy of Korean Company Business Permit

Visa Requirements for Filipino Married to KOREAN (Tourist Visa)

6. NSO Birth Certificate
7. Certificate of KOREAN Marriage History (within 3 months)

10. If Korean lives together with spouse in the Philippines:
