All applicants are required to appear in person by appointment for biometrics enrollment. Ensure all requirements are complete and up-to-date for smooth visa processing.

📌 General Requirements (All Applicants):

• Visa Application Form – fully completed, dated, and signed

• Two (2) recent passport-size photos – white background

• Original valid passport – valid for at least 6 months from intended departure

• Old passport(s) – with previous visa stamps/travel history (if available)

• Original PSA Birth Certificate

• Original PSA Marriage Certificate (if married)

• Photocopy of latest Income Tax Return (ITR)

• Original Bank Certificate

• Original Bank Statement – latest 6 months

• Roundtrip Flight Booking Certificate

• Photocopy of PRC ID (for professionals) or Company ID (for employed applicants) – present original during appearance

👔 If Employed:

• Original Certificate of Employment

🏢 If Self-Employed:

• Photocopy of Business Documents:

  • DTI or SEC Registration

  • Mayor’s/Business Permit

🧑⚕️ If Applicant is a Doctor:

• Hospital Certificate

📝 If Attending an Event (Meeting/Conference/Convention):

• Registration Confirmation

• Official Daily Schedule

🤝 If Invited or Sponsored:

• Invitation Letter

• Sponsorship Letter from the sponsoring company or organization

👶 For Children/Minors:

• Submit the same requirements as parent(s)

• Affidavit of Support

• School Enrollment Certificate

• Photocopy of School ID

• PSA Birth Certificate of Child

• DSWD Travel Clearance/Permit

  • Required if traveling alone or with a guardian/non-parent

⚠️ Important Notes:

• The Embassy may request additional documents if necessary.

• Processing time: Approximately 15 working days from appearance date

• Submit complete requirements at least 1.5 months before your intended travel date

• No passport borrowing allowed

• No travel permitted during visa processing/waiting period
